Planning for import and inbound activities in order to ensure higher logistics efficiency. Creating ASN for new arrival shipments in Oracle system to ensure smooth stocks receiving in our system. Inventory reporting for sellable and non-sellable to ensure effective stocks control. Leading operational plans such as, non-sellable destruction & stickering. Saving more than 1.2m SAR of non-sellable stocks. Trakcing and analyzing key vendors KPIs to maintain visibility for VMR. SOP creation for internal processes. Played a major role to source multiple service providers that matches the companys scope of work.
Trained with two host companies from Nigeria and Turkey. Business and supply chain researches are required. Exploring the digital logistics field.
Planning for exported and/or imported containers on average 10 containers weekly for imported and exported containers. Arranging the inbound and outbound in the companys storage yard the companys inventory is more than stored 300 containers, and in weekly inbound we receive 10 containers and i make the Gate-in for 5 containers per week.
