my job is in IT help desk, I manage the daily technical problem that occur, and monitor and make sure that the problem have been fixed, I also deal with the urgent technical problems either remotely or physically depending on the problem. I deal with various problems everyday each with unique solution.
one year in the intensive English program learning both writing and speaking skills.
I attended Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad University on a full scholarship from the government , and graduated within 3.14 :4.00 GPA , I did my internship in Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad University as well in the IT department as a member of the Banner ERP system team, my final project have been consider to be applied in the university and I got an A for it
