The duties, in which I can perform and serve your firm with as I had performed the same before, are the following:
 Studying and interpreting Project Drawings & Specifications and identifying differences between IFT’s & IFC’s.
 Issuing RFI's.
 Engaging in estimation of Tendered Packages
 Negotiating with client the different terms and conditions.
 Assessing received quotations from suppliers and preparing the Techno-Commercial comparison.
 Negotiating with the suppliers on the different terms and conditions.
 Elaborating and preparing the scope matrix.
Preparing Minutes of Meetings.
 Coordinating and securing the approvals of materials from the different stakeholders.
 Developing the details and proper solutions that complies with the project documents.
 Reviewing and approving the shop drawings prior to issuing for stakeholder approval
 Managing, assigning, and distributing of design team tasks
 Coordinating between Site team and factory
 Coordinating with Site Team and ensuring that works are conducted as per approved materials, method statements and shop drawings.
 Coordinating with ID and MEP engineers and other disciplines in order avoid mistakes in production.

Equipped with two recent prestigious projects in my profile, Hilton Salwa Resort and Salwa Dahab Mountains Water and Adventure Theme Park, I have been appointed as the head of technical and design department of the joinery works and performed roles starting from project initiating stage to closeout and handing over; due to this, I have gained a solid knowledge and completed verity of duties and tasks assigned to me.
