_ Receive RO from health department push it in FSS and compare the RO quantity with final stock to know how many parcels, pallets, trucks to cover the RO. Resend the information to the transportation department to make FL.
_ After taking the approval for FL from MOH. Start with load the truck on pallets in process first expired first out (FEFO).
_ Supervising safe and clean loading of consignment.
_ Ensuring that all packed consignments are accompanied by an accurate and complete packing lists and issuing of a waybill upon loading.
_ Follow up and keep contact with the driver and the final destination if possible.
_ Ensuring that all consignments are packed appropriately and weighted.
_ For offloading, Ensuring proper storage of all goods and protecting them adequately from heat, freezing, water, fire, dirt and vermin.
_ Ensure that no goods are stored directly on the ground.
_ Supervising and assisting the clean and safe offloading of arriving consignments and checking that all consignments are accompanied by their respective waybills and packing lists.
_ Comparing the number of parcels to the delivery form/Waybill, signing the delivery forms and transferring the cargo to the stocks.
