• Lead and own the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the Diaverum.
• Collaborate with business segment leadership to analyze and assess current and future business and financial risks, opportunities and requirements.

• Prepares and coordinates the Diaverum budget and monitors budget performance during the year, identifying possible needs and/or areas of improvement and ensure proper follow-up on identified issues and areas of improvement
• Conducts financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for Diaverum new investment, sourcing, cost reduction and support higher management for effective strategic business decisions.
• Evaluates industry and economic trends and competitors analysis
• Leads the development and execution of Diaverum’s financial performance management system in order to track the performance and progress against the budget key performance indicators (KPIs) and to contribute to the creation of a performance-driven culture
• Works and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand historical spend behavior and future allocation of both capital and expense to understand, quantify and effectively communicate anticipated savings
• Perform budgeting, latest estimates, rolling forecast and risk and opportunities analysis • Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information provided by Global and Regional financial teams. • Maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results • Actively involved in Strat plan for Novartis Saudi Arabia from last 3 years. • Collaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results • Explain business variances, opportunities and challenges through budget and financial forecasts for use in Global and Regional, as well as Country, Business Franchise, and Business Unit planning • Drive continuous learning within the Country by performing post-implementation financial analyses on past initiatives and sharing results across the finance team in the organization • Ensure consistency and interoperability between different financial reporting systems Key interfaces include: BPA Head, CCFO; FRA/financial control personnel
Reported to the Account & Finance Manager, handled petty cash of the office, booked all transactions in the accounting system and prepared daily fund flow statement.
• Prepared monthly trial balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet including monthly sales summary reports with customer details, net sales and discount figures.
