• Direct reporting to Maintenance Manager. Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of CNC Laser, CNC Plasma Machine, CNC Bending Machine, CNC Punching Machine, VMC Machine, Wire Cut, Mesh Welding Machine, Spot Welding Machine, Robotic Welding Machine, Rollforming Machine, CNC Shearing, Machine, Swaging Machine, Air Compressor, EOT Crane, DG Set.
• Taking backup programs from PLC, HMI, SCADA and modifying the programs.
• Implementing a (TPM) Total Productive Maintenance and (PPM) Planned Preventive Maintenance Program to maximize reliability, availability and save downtime. And maintaining all maintenance records.
• Implementing the procedures of Lock out Tag out (LOTO) safety.
• Maintenance/repair/troubleshooting of AC motors, DC motors, servo motors and stepper-motors. Configure/troubleshoot VFD drives and soft starters and servo drives, stepper motor drive.
• Troubleshooting/error analysis PLC Logic, HMI and SCADA architectures, parameters, event and graph studies during online and offline mode.
• Participate in major overhauling of machines and insulation testing of rotor and stator and testing of instruments.
• Monitor power distribution of whole Plant. Supervise installation, maintenance and repair of underground cables, ACB breakers, LT panel and power factor panels.
• Maintenance of hydraulics and pneumatics system of the machines.
• Making required material reports on plant and send directly to manager.
• Control system, hardware installation, software navigation while troubleshooting and parameter tuning as per requirement for testing and functionally checks of the instruments.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Reporting workplace safety hazards.
• Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
• Implementing safety protocols and procedures and appropriately training team members on prevention measures.
• Direct reporting to the plant in-charge. Daily reports.
• Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of Steam Boiler, Autoclave, Ball Mill, Sand-Slurry, Return-Slurry plant, Cuber Crane, Loading Unloading Crane, crosscut machine, Turning Crane, Batching Plant, Transportation Car, Chiller Plant, Sand Conveyor, Screw conveyor, EOT Crane, Air Compressor, DG Set.
• Re-start all plant with Wave Automation Engineers after four years shutdown.
• Maintenance/repair/troubleshooting of AC motors, DC motors, servo motors and stepper-motors. Configure/troubleshoot VFD drives and soft starters and servo drives, stepper motor drive.
• Set parameters by HMI and SCADA system.
• Check all actuator and valve feedback signal as per logic.
• Check all PLC to Remote I/Os communication by Profibus system.
• Taking backup programs from PLC, HMI, SCADA and modifying the programs.
• Troubleshooting/error analysis PLC Logic, HMI and SCADA architectures, parameters, event and graph studies during on-line and off-line mode.
• Implementing safety protocols and procedures and appropriately training team members on prevention measures.
• Implementing the procedures of Lock out Tag out (LOTO) safety.
Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of Lime Kiln Plant, Limestone Grinding Mill, Lime Hydrated Plant, Calcium Plant, Crusher Plant, EOT Crane, Screw conveyor, Belt conveyor, Air Compressor, DG Set.
• Direct reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Daily work reports.
• In-charge all electrical works, especially in CCD. And PCD. System.
• Interact directly with operations department for maintenance and repair work in process areas.
• Maintenance/repair/troubleshooting of AC motors, DC motors, servo motors and stepper-motors. Configure/troubleshoot VFD drives and soft starters and servo drives, stepper motor drive.
• Performing installation electrical devices servicing repair wiring.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance. Schedule based on comprehensive maintenance.
• Implementing the procedures Lock out Tag out (LOTO) safety.
• Repair on machinery from production line when breakdown occur duringproduction.

• Performing preventive maintenance activities to the highest level of standard. Electrical trouble shooting and repair, Electrical problem analyze, Electrical problem corrective and preventive.
• Monitoring. Recommends scheduled of PM on assigned machinery based on the comprehensive preventive maintenance procedure & installation.
• Implement program and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Performed installation, services, repair wiring, and other electrical devices & system.
• Performed and conduct electronic tests & inspections, cleaning contacts or circuit boards.
• Coordinates with purchasing for the states of request parts.
• Repair on machinery from production line when problem occur during production period electrical.
• Monitors and recommends scheduled of PM on assigned machinery based on the comprehensive preventive maintenance procedure & installation. • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
