 Supervised the testing of all communication, quoting and electronic trading systems to determine the operational readiness of the firm.
 Designing and delivering training session to new hires on Quoting, confirming and transmitting client trades and interacting/negotiating with Liquidity providers, aggregators and end clients. Ensure supervision of employees in these functions to ensure optimal efficiency.
