* Monitoring the production progress on daily basis.
* Scheduling the production
* Monitoring quality of production.

* Ensuring all machines are functioning (knowledge of specific machines a large bonus.)
* Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, providing hands-on training and mentoring
to individuals with lagging skills.
* Conducted routine inspections of incoming materials to check quality and compliance with
established product specifications.
Provide routine service of hydraulic excavator like oil changing, hydraulic valve
replacement etc.
* Troubleshoot excavator equipment problems as per the complaints
of customer.
* installing of machine and describing the working and give the directions
of using the excavator on proper way.
* Changing the parts and service the equipment on the customer need.
