Responsibilities Handling at Present Job
Managing active directory users and computers.
Assisting users to unlock account reset password.
Assisting users with their software/hardware issues.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware or software issues.
Provide technical site visit to project site offices for support as required to resolve problems and concerns.
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with user’s vendors, suppliers and other professionals,
Testing and evaluating new technology;
Recommending and promoting technical and professional solutions to User’s.
Allocating the necessary resources to resolve user’s concern, problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
Daily Maintaining logs of reported issues, from users through inbound calls & email.
Providing support for all projects in Qatar
Handling and keeping updates of inventory of equipment Hardware and software build for a project or corporate users.
Preparing Employment contract, Demand Letter & Power of Attorney for Emigration purpose and for POE. (Documentation Prior to Interview).
Knowledge in Foreign Employee Registration Procedure .Documentation for Visa Application for the selected candidates.
Arranging for Online Visa Medical appointment for candidates
Visa & Passport Renewal for long term as well as Visa extension for the Short term Business Visa Employees.
Residence Permit Renewal, Exit permit, cancellation, Visa Transfer to renewed passport through Metrash2 & Smart card (E Govt. card).
Tickets Booking, Preparing Flight Schedules, and Arranging Visa message, Vehicle for Airport drop and Airport Pickup.
Employees settlement like leave salary & Gratuity
Keeping track regarding Vehicle Estimara (Registration) & Insurance Renewal.
Arrange for new Health card and online renewal upon expiry etc.
Workmen’s Insurance/Renewal /claim etc.
Provide Executive and Administrative office support to Senior Management
Monitoring & updating the performance of the employees through HRM Software
Preparing letters, documents, correspondences, .

Services and Server 2003 and 2008.
* Managing and Administrating all user domain and accounts.
