• NRO "network rollout" projects support: high level tasks that includes, but not limited, products data configuration, software installation, software debugging, system debugging, product & system integration, products & system cutover. Onsite support of hardware installation for the FNI "first node implementation", if needed.
• CS "customer support" projects support: maintenance on site problem handling, on site emergency recovering, remote technical support, special events guarantee, products & network health inspection, Software update implementation, Software upgrade implantation.
• MS "managed services" project support: BO "back office" L2 support, network performance auditing, benchmarking, improvement.
• Network/product high & low level design. Support also on solution design based on other BUs requirements.
• Pre-sale technical support during bidding stage: to support in preparing initial design, technical clarification for customer, BOQ reviewing & confirmation from technical side.
Design MW links SDH & PDH links for new sites, links redirection and sites relocation
•Managing and Designing Frequency Plans.
•Analyze and solve interference problem in the network
•Backbone network design for SDH microwave
•Handling Expansion projects
•Excellent knowledge with installing, programming, and troubleshooting the SDH and PDH for Eclipse product from Harris Stratex.
•On-Call duties: providing support projects maintenance team when troubleshooting and emergencies
•LOS survey and design of Microwave Links and hop calculations using Pathloss Planning tool and path budget calculations.
•Network traffic routing for existing and planned sites using the MW infrastructure.
•Monitor network performance and take necessary measures to insure availability
•Coordination and providing the needed technical requests for government telecommunication regulatory regarding the used frequencies and MW licenses.
•Managed the microwave equipment ordering from wi-tribe stores for new sites and back to the stores for dismantled links.
