Installation Team Leader
• Assist in planning, assigning and supervising the installation, servicing and repairing of commercial refrigeration systems. Under my supervision has been carried out turnkey projects of installation and commissioning of Super Market, laundry, kitchen and bakery equipment in Saudi Arabia, U.A.E as well as abroad.
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion for conformance with prescribed standards and safety regulations.
• Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing equipment for operating efficiency and safety factors.
• Prepare time and materials estimates for maintenance and repair projects.
• Review incoming and completed work orders and maintains related records.
• Manage stock and prepare requisitions for parts and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Layout and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment according to wiring diagram, using electrician's hand tools.
• Reassemble equipment and start unit to test operation.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe or tubing, using pipefitter's tools.
• Cut and drill holes in floors, walls, and roof to install equipment, using power saws and drills.
• Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools.
• Inspect and test system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect malfunctions.
• Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify malfunctions have been corrected.
• Inspect inoperative equipment to locate source of trouble.
• Study blueprints to determine configuration of heating or cooling equipment components.

Heating and Refrigeration technician
• Inspected, adjusted, repaired, replaced, and performed preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilating equipment and controls.
• Repaired combination units, heating units, and ventilating fans.
• Made repairs and adjustments to associated equipment, such as compressors, pumps, ventilating fans, burners, and air conditioning control systems.
• Replaced sub-assembly units in small and large heating, ventilating, and cooling systems.
• Performed major repairs on integrated building temperature control panels.
• Checked v-belts, lubricated fan bearings, replaced air filters, and purified media on flat work ironer, dryers
• Cleaned condenser coils, checked all operational and safety controls, checked suction and discharges pressure, checked for refrigerant leaks, silver soldered and silver brazed all breaks, evacuated and recharged system on air conditioning and condensing unit.
• Cleaned firesides, checked operational and safety cut-out controls, conducted air/fuel ratio tests, conducted complete check of the burner assembly and flame safeguard on boilers.
• Responded to calls for emergency repair service.
• Maintained time clocks, thermostats, and other controls.
• Inspected, operated, and repaired low pressure boiler systems and related heating equipment.
• Maintained and repaired water softeners.
• Maintained operating logs and related records.
• Under my supervision has been carried out turnkey projects of installation and commissioning of laundry, kitchen and bakery equipment in U.A.E as well as abroad.
