Responsible for directing of overall activities of production of precast elements and the operation of the delivery to the projects sites.

• Project Manager for Phase 1 and 3
• Phase 1 : Consists of 13 College Buildings with a total value of 2.2 Billion Riyals
• Phase 3 : Consists of 8 Administration Buildings with a total value of 630 Million Riyals
Responsible for directing, overall supervision and follow up all Consultant and Construction supervision issues for Phase 1 and 3 at King Khalid University Projects at Abha.
• Provide administration of the Contract and ensure Contractors are executing all activities under the Clauses of the Contract.
• Coordinate with the Projects Coordination Manager for update and critical construction issues discussion to formulate a viable solution.
• Oversee the Construction Project Management teams who supervise, implement and monitor Safety, Quality and Site Progress at site.
• Provide Project objective advice with aim for Quality and on-time Project Delivery.
• Coordinate with the Construction Management Team to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
• Coordinate, review and recommend Contractor's Billing for presentation to the Client.

• Manages resources in conjunction with functional managers, production managers and sub-contractors.
• Manages and administer Contract.
• Minimize and mitigate project risk through coordination with Project Managers to identify risk and propose and plan viable solutions.
• Facilitates and Manages proper flow of Shop Drawings from the submission until the approval stage.
