(Drawings, Material, Method statements ...etc)
Data center: Supervision on the implementation of chiller plants
rooms based on Uptime institute regulations.
Installation of mechanical equipment’s (Chillers, Thermal storage
tanks, Cooling Towers, Pumps . . .Etc).
Mechanical floor: Tracking and Follow up for activities:
(Mechanical, Electrical and BMS)
Generator rooms: Directly responsible for the installation of
mechanical system for 9 generator rooms as follow:
UL listed segmented MSFD assembly and installation.
Rack System Sound Attenuation "Baffles" installation,
Complete Fuel Oil System installation. (Tower &DC)
Generator Muffler and Chimney installation.
Interim payment Review and certification.
Closely manage and follow various and multi layers of stakeholders
vertically and horizontally.
Technical and site senior engineer.
Review design drawing and specification.
Preparation of material submittal, Drawings.
Developing Shop drawings and details sketches.
Developing Mechanical Coordination drawing.
Design for Chiller plant equipment and piping layout .
Review and certify monthly invoices.
Follow for various Mechanical systems installation.
Manage and control site work and material.
QA/QC responsibilities: by Inspect and verify deliverables before
submitting to the consultant.
Ensure compliance to standards:( ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IPC)
Installation and operation for dewatering system during excavation
Layout preparation and connection for toilets facilities during project
kick off.
Review for Builders work and coordination drawing.
Supervision on MEP subcontractor for documents submission (shop
drawing, material submittal, method statement)
Technical Review for incoming documents to ensure compliance to the
project specification and standards.
Site supervision for plumbing work.
Following for material and work inspection (MIR) & (WIR) during
construction as well during first, second and final fix
handling mechanical, electrical and renovation work in various sites.
