1- Studying and quoting tender projects and preparing the offers with complete specifications.
2- Managing shop drawings and material submittals and ensuring they meet the requirements and specifications.
3- Delegate tasks to both mechanical and electrical engineers and coordinate between them.

Arranging BOQ's for tender and ongoing projects complete with quantity take off and project specifications.

Following up with suppliers to get the materials quotations and boost up the process of preparing technical submittals with them.

Designing complete mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) including load calculation, hydraulic calculation, and complete systems layouts.

Preparing shop drawings for all mechanical systems including all necessary details.

Preparing material technical submittals.

Following up with the engineers at the site.

Attending meetings with consultants, clients, and client representatives to discuss matters related to ongoing and tender projects.

1- Preparing tender quotes complete with quantity take-off, collecting quotations from suppliers and preparing the project specification.
2- Preparing shop drawings as per the Saudi Standards and international codes.
3- Coordination between the head office and the sites.
4- Designing mechanical systems such as, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.
5- Coordination between the engineering department and the purchase department to select the optimum product.
6- Paying visits to sites if needed.
7- Attending working sites meetings in order to solve issues at site and help speed up the progress.
