Managing multi-discipline team of 60 engineers and draftsmen in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon by assigning tasks based on their expertise, project priorities, technical challenges, and deadlines.

- Leading the Electrical Engineering department, collaborating with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Supporting site project managers and engineers regarding any technical queries.

Held various roles at a major Saudi construction company on projects across Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Philippines, and India. Started as an Electrical Engineer and was promoted to Senior Design Coordinator due to my technical skills and success in leading large, complex and challenging projects.

Served as the primary Project Coordinator for critical KAP1 sites in KSA by managing subcontractors and vendors, and providing technical evaluation of their submittals and change requests in an agile environment, achieving project handover within a 6 month period.

Mission to Saudi Oger engineering office in Philippines. Built a cross-functional team capable of producing 400 drawings per week including 2D CAD and 3D BIM models.

Established Saudi Oger Beirut office that acted as a connection point between Dar Al-Handasah, Saudi Oger production branches and the site offices of PNU project in Riyadh.

Led and inspired a team of 20 electrical engineers and draftsmen at Saudi Oger India branch, by executing shop drawings while ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

Hired as the responsible engineer for production lines at an LV panel board manufacturer, overseeing the process from design to handover, including quality assurance. Developed new practices that improved design and manufacturing efficiency.
