▪ Testing Samsung mobiles such as (Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab, Wave I) and make sure that it’s suitable for mass production by using more than 1400 test cases.
▪ Dealing with different platforms such as (BADA, Android, SHP, Windows, and Symbin).
▪ Dealing with different hardware such as (NXP, Qualqum)
▪ Mobile driving test to insure smoothly movement between cells.
▪ Testing mobiles over GCC network (Qatar-Oman-Bahrain- Kuwait).
• Translate the mobile software form English to Arabic and find MMI errors.
• Review Arabic manuals and approve it before Printing.
• Hardware performance test comparing with reference models and competitor models.
• Train new employees on testing mobile cases.
• Assigning the models for the team member and arranging test plans
• Testing Samsung Apps applications before official release to market on different platforms (BADA, Android).
• Suggesting ideas for Islamic/ region applications.
- In charge of All Certification - Type approvals - Homologation for Middle East and Africa ( Lenovo Motorola Smartphones and tablets )
-Managing technical solution documents such as SAR test reports, EC declarations of conformity, and technical specs.
-Updating the Sales department with new product add-ons
-Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
-Define software customization, develop the hardware customization (telephony, accessories ...), test it and confirm
-Report and track Market issues
-Managing operator technical validation of Lenovo /Motorola terminals and approval of commercial items (User Manual, Safety and Start Up Guides, Labels and Packaging, Shipments)
