- Looking after all HR operations for Dammam plant

- Double hatting as HR Supervisor main role plus OD Supervisor cover up role for 4 months where achieved (PDR rating calibration for Dammam plant, COC coverage, PEPFL survey, OHS survey, FL Training, managing the English course program)

Education & Training, development planning for employees, succession planning for employees and critical roles, employee goal setting, part of two pillars education & training pillar and organization pillar in Integrated Lean 6 Sigma in our plant, participating in facilitating focus groups, fully responsible of taking charge of ladies employees as HR related and displinary also for males, mid and end of year performance review discussions with employee, rewad system development & implementation, absentism control, arranging town halls, recruitment local and abroad,

Main Responsibilities: Admin for Vacation Website, Payroll, Medical & Life Insurance applying for employees, Recruitment (Locally & Overseas), Interviews, Airfare, every employee related issue. Termination & Resignation.
