The first point of contact for the company (accounts), cash & credit invoice and
recording payments, preparing and updating the monthly purchases and customs
schedule, preparing and stamping invoices through the Ministry of Commerce, petty
cash handling, following up on banking operations and closing accounts monthly, in
addition to banking transactions from documentary credits (LC)
First point of contact for the company (Account ), cash & credit invoice recording,
purchase order following ( Advance payment), prepare salary, prepare &update market
table, VAT, payment recording, Bank transactions such as bank guarantee and
documentary credits, preparing tax invoices.
First point of contact for the company (customer service), answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the concern people (customer transaction), receiving and sorting mails/ deliveries / couriers, maintaining security by controlling accesses / monitor logbook, issue visiting badge, filling, photocopying, faxing, collating etc. TAQAT, MONAFASAT ETIMAD, flight booking, invoice preparation, interview coordination, design, classification of contractors.
