i discover the needs of customers, package our services and present it to them in a manner that would serve their various needs. i also develop strategies to improve sales i.e promotional offers, credit facilities to cooperate organizations, i make sure all staff that are to be in contact with guests are well prepared. i also devise ways in which we could improve our services by visiting our competitors through which i get to develop better services than they offer. i serve as the intermediary between the company and our clients. reactivate dormant relationships with inactive customers and present all our new services to them.
