Managing all Four business-related operations owned by my family
Established the Supply Chain and Logistics department’s
infrastructure.
Implemented the company global processes and formed it to fit
the Saudi law and standards.
Reviewed and signed agreement with third party service
providers including insurance.
Lunched and achieved the first dispatch of M&M's chocolate
tube produced in Saudi Arabia.
Implemented a new logistics solution saved the company over 1
million riyals on annual operating expenses.
Cutting import costs by exempting it from customs duties on a
major raw material imported from USA.
Supervise four managers with direct responsibility for the
following functional areas: Warehousing, Quality,
Transportation and Custom Clearance.
Reduce overall spend by maintaining service provider
performance level.
Directly coordinated with marketing and Supply Chain to
manage the new product initiatives in the company.
Allocated task and resources between variant departments to
ensure project schedules to meet on time and within budget.

Conducted a research titled transportation solutions to minimize traffic in Jeddah city.
