• Responsible for overall management of entire Pakistan and Afghanistan Region with following activities.
• Scope of products includes medical equipment (ICU, OT and Oncology), surgical disposables and medical supplies.
• Responsible for team handling, distribution management, educational and marketing activities and institutions/tenders in the assigned area.
• Ensure tender participations by working closely with the end users and product specifications. Represent Medtronic quoted equipment in all technical and non-technical meetings at various Government and non-government level.
• Conduct regular product demos and educational activities like PACE / Master Class and Emersion Classes to enhance the skill sets of the end users.
• Ensure all Medtronic installed equipment is in working conditions and customer service needs are regularly met. Audited and traced all installed Medtronic equipment’s in Pakistan.
• Ensure all regional initiatives on equipment software and service calls are communicated to the customers.
• Introduce and launch new product and equipment range as per marketing plan as communicated from local head office.
• Ensure that business is established on strong and stable footing by gradually shifting the business contribution from tenders to non-tenders.
• Ensure distribution effectiveness.
• Delegation & Achievement of secondary sales targets by effective implementation of sales plan at zonal level.
• Monitoring & coordination with distribution agencies to ensure smooth business operations, this include 08 depots Muller & Phipps for covering 190 Health care facilities, 9000 chemist/ Retail & 35 Area Whole Sales & Stockiest.

• Effective implementation of Trade & institution based promotional plan, including placement of Shop board, conducing of mega seminars on injection safety, community awareness programs, GP Storming activities & retail sales activities.
• Responsible for effective follow-up & Services for multiple corporate and regularities authorities including NIH (National Institute of Health), MOH (Ministry of Health) EPI, NHCP, ICRC (International Committee of Red Cross), WHO & Multiple NGO’s.
• Develop & Progression of Sales team with improvement of selling, Presentation & analytical skills by means of on job supervision & customized trainings.
