• I have managed a huge number of representative Client Experience and Key Skills, as below:
• Managed to provide number of 43 projects Financial Management reports Monthly before the KNF deadline.
• Supervised a team of 6 Advisors to verify and complete (all KNF applicants files as per KNF B.O.D Requirements, Regulations, Terms and Conditions).
• I was involved with the Evaluation team of “Kuwait National Fund” We have created all required tools in coordination with KPMG Bahrain to evaluate the initial batch of 150 (KNF projects files) of Loan candidates plus I have mentored a team of 2 advisors during engagement period.
• (High Slant Contracting & Construction Group): I have managed to update the daily cash flow, to adequate and rational management of all the liquid assets within the company to satisfy the short-term liabilities while maintaining the solvency of the company.
• (Kuwait Small Projects Development Company \[KSPDC\]): Responsible for visiting most of “KSPDC” clients on a weekly basis to explain their Financial position reports, maintaining all accounts activities related to the projects owned by KSPDC, preparing, and reviewing project's monthly Inputs, outputs, regular office work beginning with Bookkeeping, data entry and filing ending with monthly reports moreover advising the clients.
• (Boubyan Bank & Gulf Bank of Kuwait): I have Audited all Bank’s Personal Retail loans as per (CBK-CPU regulations) for 6 quarters, to submit the regulatory report to CBK and I was a mentor of minimum three Advisors and auditors during each quarter.
• (ThyssenKrupp elevators co.): I have maintained all their contracts based on contracts terms and last payments as I have handed over the meant reports to the regional internal auditors of ThyssenKrupp Spain.
• Othman and Al Tubai’at (OTFC): I have joined the company as a secondary staff for two months to work on the daily cash flow.
• (Kuwait National Focal Point \[KNFP\]): Assist the entity with preparing the “Chart of Accounts” for their new system, helped Advisory team with the entries on their new system after implementing the new system and providing the entity with reports in-order with their requirements.
