• Direct & Lead management of assigned projects from all aspects, being accountable for successful delivery on-schedule, within budget, in compliance with specifications and government codes, in accordance with contractual obligations, all within established project methodologies and quality/Safety plans and standards.
• Responsible for scope development, scope management including overview of design and commercial performance of the project to meet goals and objectives.
• Review design stages and assist in providing technical support to design team to ensure that final design is in line with the client targets.
• Responsible for Design Coordination with Architect/consultants and providing added Value Engineering proposals to tenders.
• Assist in identification and pursuit of business development opportunities.
• Manage any cost and quality constraints or issues.
• Provide inspired leadership.
• Work with other discipline heads to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.
• Work with key project individuals to execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
• Monitor and liaise with stake holders regarding progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedules.
• Have full understanding of Authorities requirements.
• Establish and chair weekly progress meetings to review project status and formulate actions items and generate Executive weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Provide input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
• Prepare proposals and qualification documents in the interest of obtaining new bids.
• Assist HR in recruiting staff members, when necessary.
• Support staff communication with the management team.
• Implementation of safe work environments in the office and on construction sites and enforce Project Safety Plan and improve Wellbeing.
• Build project Team; agree project objectives and deliverables to ensure effective performance and motivate supervision improvement.
• Lead, mentor, coach team members and implement talent management.
• Prepare project execution plan, creating realistic goals and initiatives.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance & Control safety policy.
• Develop Interim Payments and Claims in liaison with Commercial Department.

• Interact with governmental authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure assigned projects comply with all applicable statutory requirements and regulations to acquire required NOC’s, permits and certificates.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead Handing/Taking Over procedures, Project Close Out processes, settle all variations & payments and Manage DLP till obtaining DLC.
