DUTIES
•Ccoordinate internal recourses and third parties/vendors for execution of project
•Supervise sub Contractor’s work to achieve and maintain required operation
•Ensure all project are delivered on time within scope and within budget
•Responsible for monitoring of the construction activities for compliance with the contract documents.
•Documentation of the construction activities through daily and weekly reports, monitoring the progress of work in relation to the project schedule.
•Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members
•Trak project performance to analyze the completion of short and long terms goals
•Monitoring the contractor’s compliance with the regulatory requirements, participating in the weekly construction progress meetings.
•Perform other related duties as assigned
•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
•Establish and maintain relationships with third parties /vendors
•Preparing the services Drawings (sewerage, drainage, water supply) and review it with the Services Section and other different authorities for construction of works such as rise buildings, villas and steel works (workshops, show rooms & stores).
• Supervision of Construction of works such as high-rise buildings, Villas and Steel works, including verifying the tests done such as soil investigations, pile tests (Dynamic & Static Pile load tests, integrity tests …) concrete tests (slump, temperature, strength, and core tests).
• Checking the material supplied & comparing with specifications.
• Preparation of progress reports
• Issuing of payment certificates.

Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to :
•Construction of Compound villas with parking & green areas.
•Excavation, cut, fill and compacting (sand, and road base).
•Concrete works (blinding, foundations, columns, beams and slabs).as they are shown in the plans and sections as well as fixing the steel and casting.
•Block work with accessories-DPC, wire mesh, etc.
•Plaster work with accessories (preparation, rush coat and final plaster).
•Finishing work (painting - primer - filler - stucco - first coat - top coat.
•Ceramic floors & walls, marble floors and walls, stone claddings, aluminum &wooden works). .
•Electrical work.
•Sanitary & Plumbing work

Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to :
• To work in full coordination with the Sharjah Municipality Engineering Department Inspectors for the Construction of the Approved Building Permissions .and multi- storey projects
•Preparation of inspection & daily progress format .
•Study and assess contractor variation claims.
•Inspection house connections of sizes ½”, ¾”, 1” and 2” Ǿ for consumers, reviewing shop drawings, as built drawings
•Manage construction, monitor progress, quality, safety, time & cost .
•Supervision of drainage network project and swimming pool .
• Dewatering system was used to maintain water level below construction level .
Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to :
Infrastructure Work: Supervision of road, culvert, drainage, storm water, irrigation network, manhole construction, landscaping
•Worked for the Supervision of the preparations of the Access Roads by regulating the order of materials, organize the Site Deliveries to come on time as for the Grading Materials, Layering, Watering and Compaction up to 98 % of the required approved quality.
•Supervision of rehabilitation of Khartoum street & drainage network project , pipe @box culverts .
Internal road works, drainage pipelines, storm water pipelines, irrigation network, construction of manholes, inspection chambers and landscaping work.
