Successfully led the audit of a client's 50 million fund
allocation during the challenging period of COVID-19,
taking on the responsibility in the absence of the audit
lead. Managed the audit process effectively while
ensuring close coordination with key stakeholders
including the Federal Ministry of Health, UNDP, and
KPMG partner, thereby maintaining transparency and
accountability throughout the engagement.

responsible for conducting comprehensive audits
across diverse clientele, ensuring compliance and
accuracy.
* Spearheaded a team of 4 experts in providing
strategic advice to Expertise France regarding the
assessment of asset quality in two prominent
Sudanese banks, facilitating informed decisionmaking.
* Directed a team focused on financial due diligence
for the acquisition of First Abu Dhabi Bank Sudan by
African and Gulf Bank, delivering meticulous
analysis and insights crucial to the transaction's
success.
* Managed the end-to-end audit process for Mahgoub
Sons Group, a conglomerate comprising 10 companies
operating in transportation, trading, FMCG, and media
sectors. As the audit manager, effectively oversaw 5
teams and supervised the consolidation process
* During January and February 2022, I assumed the
role of project lead for a crucial asset quality review
project commissioned by the Central Bank of Sudan. This
initiative involved assessing and testing the strength of
the assets held by Bank Albarakah and Bank Albalad,
the prominent banks in Sudan. Working closely with
Expertise France, I spearheaded a team in implementing
rigorous methodologies to evaluate the quality and
performance of the banks' assets. Through
comprehensive analysis and meticulous review, I
provided valuable insights and recommendations to the
Central Bank of Sudan, contributing to their ongoing
efforts to maintain a resilient and stable banking sector.
*Worked closely with Headquarters and reconciled
the books frequently.

*Financial Book Reconstruction and Implementation of
IFRS Standards at HAKAN During my tenure at HAKAN, I
was recruited as an emergency fix to address the flawed
financial books resulting from the complex fluctuations in
currency. Tasked with implementing updated IFRS
standards, I successfully rectified the books before the
June 2017 deadline (year end), joining the team in
March. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing a
robust finance department, designing and
implementing policies and procedures for inventory
management and controls. With a turnover of 20 million
USD, these initiatives ensured accurate financial
reporting and strengthened financial operations within
the organization
