Project Champion, Sulfur Recovery Units Upgrade Project
Saudi Aramco, Uthmaniyah Gas Plant (2009 - 2011)
A $200M project to upgrade and improve the recovery efficiency of the Sulfur unit from 97% to 99% to comply with local and global environmental regulations. It was a challenging project since
it was performed on an operating facility where the schedule has to accommodate the ongoing production and the planned shutdowns.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the cross-functional team during the project execution
• Monitor and control the project schedule, quality, and expenditures.
• Plan and coordinate the shutdown schedule for each unit
• Manage the change requests and manage their implementations.
