- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing Polymers & Melamine sea shipments scheduling according to the sales monthly plan and Milaha vessel schedule.
- Plan & schedule Sulphiric acid, Caustic Soda, Methanol, & MTBE daily local deliveries.
- Carries out all activities related trucks & drivers gate pass for MIC, Ras laffan & Q companies.
- Handling day-to-day shipment issues from Sales/Commercial Dept./Agents/Warehouses/Transporters.

- Organizing empty containers deliveries to Qapco Jetty based on forecast from sales and container stock situation.
- Planning with the shipping lines for container deliveries on daily basis.
- Carries out all claims received from our global offices with the shipping lines management to satisfy our customers.
- Liaising with Qapco jetty operations, sales and documentation to ensure trouble free operations.
- Assisting Polymers Shipping Manager in the planning of long, medium and short term shipping strategies.
- Following-up and monitoring shipments on regular basis to ensure trouble-free operations.
- Monitoring and evaluating shipping lines performance.
- Arranging and attending meetings with shipping lines representatives.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of the freight & Ex-work charges agreement and closing sales.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Marketing the new services and offers provided by the company.
- Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) online application.
- Maintain excellent relation with our regular End User.
- Targeting new relations with new potential customers in the LCL business..
- Following up for the agreed shipments with the operation team in order to update the customers.
- Monitor new updates for rates and T/T.
- Achieve a minimum number of visits per week.
- Achieve a minimum number of CBM’s or M/T per month.
- Ensure that deliveries of our products are sustained to the customers on time and in good conditions.
- Monitoring stock availability in our warehouses & factory.
- Monitoring the daily trips from our warehouse to the market & from the factory to the warehouses.
- Ensure that all employs in the warehouses of East Cairo are following the safety procedures.
- Following up with the maintenance & traffic department for our vehicles maintenances upgrades & licenses renewals.
- Monitoring the stock status in some of the warehouses in Cairo, in order to plan for the daily and monthly plan of the big trucks trips from Nestlé’s factory to the warehouses.
- Ensure applying the FIFO method to avoid any losses to the company.
