Construction of new Signaling system of Railways which include The construction of new buildings with all required/needed installations(Civil, MEP, Finishes) along the Railway, House the new Interlocking buildings, the Level Crossings and all other technical or operational Buildings/Rooms and The refurbishment of the existing buildings or facilities to be used for Egyptian National Railways.
main tasks:
1- Report to the General Site Manager.
2- Responsible for the deployment/Construction of new Buildings along the Railway including all implementations needed (Civil, Arch, MEP)
3- Responsible for enforcing the quality, health & safety and environmental (HSE) norms and standards on site.
4- Responsible for the refurbishment works of the existing buildings or facilities to be used.
5- Coordinating the building works planning.
6- Responsible to get a close monitoring of the subcontractors.
7- Responsible to verify and report to General Site Manager the building units measurements of the Project and the progress of the works
8- Responsible to collect the daily/weekly work etc report and submit to the General Site Manager and updating the project work control and monitoring tool
9- Responsible to fill up the permit format.
10- Responsible for the weekly works monitoring meeting and the weekly works planning together with the subcontractors.
11- Responsible for the correct communication and integration between the Technical Office and Site works
12- Attend site surveys with the customer, consultant and subcontractors regarding buildings site information and protocols
13-Take part during the final tests and verification with the customer regarding civil/MEP works
1. Responsible of managing multi-projects (Civil, MEP, Finishes) mainly Fit-out projects, public works, commercial/residential buildings, brand shops/restaurants and Malls
2. Acting Leader of professional group of engineers/supervisors in charge to deliver projects within time schedule.
3. Participating in project study, scheduling time and cost.
4.Authorize contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. estimating COR to approve, Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress/cost tracking reports
5.Follow up site reports on the work progress from engineers, subcontractors and ensure compliance with the time schedule and specifications
6. Ensure all construction materials delivered to Consultant Engineer/client as per specs.
7.Participate in the development of the general plan for implementation of the project and sets time slots allocated to them and put detailed plans and executive stages and tracks updated in accordance with the requirements of the job
8. Ensure all phases and projects delivered according to time schedule and within budget.
9.Work to find solutions to any problems occur work and to overcome any obstacles from the client and the consultant.
10.Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure the sharing of the same objectives.
11. hold meetings with client/consultants to deliver Projects.
12.Propose improvement, therapeutic, and preventive measures that will improve company department’s performance with hiring required.
13. Projects (FabyLand Porto Cairo-fun, entertainment park, AUC-Greek Campus down town Resurrection&Renovation, Adidas stores, Brioche Dore, Cookie Man, up to 30 BIM stores, Lake View Villas-residential, Cairo, Asian Corner-restaurants, Etronics - head offices, Vodafone stores)
1-Managing Cairo Branch activities.
2-Reporting to Head Quarter in Saudi Arabia.
3-Supervising technical office activities including drawings.
4- Revise drawings of structure systems need for Shuttering works with consultants to approve.
5- Calculating materials and checking inventories for structure system approved.
6- Assign orders of purchasing for uncompleted materials wither from local market and international markets.
7- Follow up the installation of supported system for shuttering works and materials on site according with design approved and revised by consultants.
8- Directing and supervising engineers to achieve optimum performance for the installation of multi-system used for the shuttering/formworks in each project.
9-Supervising inventory system to obtain minimal cost and waste of materials and resources.
10- Hold meetings with Project Managers/consultants to represent, explain, and deliver high quality engineering service which comply with their requirements.
11- Follow up the manufacturing process in our factories which located in Saudi Arabia and united Arab of emirates and Egypt to assure quality.
1-project Madinaty - Sector 7 south district.
2-Leading a team of site engineers/supervisors in charge of civil/construction works for large phase inside sector 7, Consists of 6 blocks each block contain 2 buildings, each building is 5 stories high
3- monitoring site activities and sub-contractors to ensure works according to specs.
4- Measuring all dimensions before and after constructions to assure the accurate execution on site with approved drawings
5- prepare all required steps needed prior to concrete pouring.
6- issue IR request to consultant followed by PR request to approve pouring stage.
7-monitor and supervise reinforced concrete casting at all stages either for slabs, beams columns, stairs....etc
8- Reporting site constructions updates to the Superior Manager.
9-preparing and requesting RFIs, Submittals to consultants.
10- Delivering construction works ended according to the requirements for the implementation to consultants and client
11- Repair or modify all parts rejected by the Consulting Engineer and re-implementation.
12- Assure the completing construction works within budget.
13- prepare and execute a resource plan for each new open stage
14- Ensure each stage progress is according to schedule.
1- Construction Project of 2 buildings 6 stories high, zahraa el maady district.
2- Supervise all stages of building concrete and finishes.
3- Monitor the implementation of designs and ensure compliance with the consultant requirements and follow-up, and took measurements and disclosures.
4- negotiating raw material prices with suppliers.
5- Assist the Project Manager in the selection of subcontractors
6- calculating resources, labors, materials needed for next stage in construction
7- Follow-up subcontractors works on site and their performances.
8- working with project manager to deliver completed phases to consultant as per requirements
1- Supervising construction stages for Building 6 concrete buildings of 8 levels height beside Holiday In Hotel.
2- Organize, and manage site team progress.
3- monitor subcontractors during infrastructure.
4- reporting daily site activities to manager
5- Prepare a working program, submittals, RFIs, for the section of works and make alterations where necessary.
6- prepare safe working environment for constructions as per government/consultants requirements.
7- Ensure progress by handling problems arise professionally .
8- maintain schedule, implementing different method to achieve if desired which not to delay site progress
1- participating with construction team in charge for building underground reservoirs
2- supervise and Control site activities, labors, materials
3- reporting site activities and raw materials requirements on daily bases to construction manager
4- prepare and review governments papers for permits and insure labors legals and safe environments preparations.
