• Controlling & operating over 100 vehicles by using Oracle, ERP, Altair fleet management & DOFA system to ensure easy transport of live & healthy products.
• Reporting to the Sector Head Director & leading a team of more than 150 employees.
• Manage different operating transportation systems (Feeds, Chicks, Eggs & Services) & different models of vehicles (Heavy trucks, Light trucks, Buses & Individual cars).
• Working with distributors to mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
• Provides distributor and channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are being run smoothly and available vehicles are being utilized.
• Manage & follow up of the Maintenance, Procurement & Inventory.
• Interviews, Training, Motivates drivers & Disciplines drivers according to established HSE procedures.
• Apply the principles of operational excellence to drive improvements in delivery, speed, coverage, safety, cost & collection.
• Controlling & handling over 400 vehicles by using Oracle system, ERP & Altair fleet management.
• Control over Maintenance, Repair, Replacement & Disposal of vehicles.
• Purchase or lease of vehicles and equipment.
• Follow up Insurance documents of vehicles & negotiate insurance matters.
• Managing car licenses to ensure the legal status of all vehicles.
• Managing employees’ transportation & dispatching operations.
• Direct fleet-related risk management training, Such as Safety & Accident prevention programs.
• Work according to KPI's of Drivers, Vehicles, Transportation & Financial expenses.
• Controlling & handling the fleet over 100 vehicles by using \[RTA\] Fleet Management Software.
• Admin: To plan, manage, implement policies & procedures with regard to
all Business Services in order to provide assistance & administrative support to the company's strategic & corporate business objectives through the provision of quality support services in a cost effective manner.
• Vehicles: Follow up the periodic maintenance schedule, supervise the workshop service & afford the maintenance spare parts, monthly report vehicles activities during the whole month.
• Operation: Managing all transport activities of the staff and follow-up transfer of subcontractors of all oil products from the fields to the ports & refineries (Downstream phase), also the performance of those vehicles, trucks & drivers.
• Public Relations: In charge for outside delegations for recreation & satisfaction.
• Controlling and handling the fleet over 600 vehicles by using \[FMS\] Fleet
Management Software.
• Developing sales strategy, action plan, setting targets for the sales team and tracking results.
• Developing customer base, promoting vehicles and closing deals for various brands & models.
• Preparing sales quotation, follow up, tracking order status and ensure delivery.
• External coordination with clients, banks and insurance companies.
• Fleet operation and safety action plan.
• Replacement and assessment of cars condition, market value and renewal of fleet.
• Maintenance planning and supervision for fleet.
• Reviews and submits proposals for modifications to vendor or manufacturer.
• Technical specifications and assessment for spare parts purchasing orders.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance cost report.
• Supervise over the maintenance workshops (Internal and outsourced).
• Hiring, training drivers, planning, appraising performance.
