Managed the teachers training for all programming subjects among all cycles at schools across all Emirates of UAE, programming and networking knowledge to create training materials, massive charismatic skills to address the employees in often gatherings and huge multitasking abilities to fulfil all the needs of the field.
• Creating and moderating the full training schedule.
• Booking venues and making sure they are equipped with the necessary tools for the training.
• Creating training materials for 12 different programming and networking manuals to be delivered by the trainers to the teachers at the training venues.
• Seek for smart teachers and change their role to trainers.
• Train the Trainers at the start of each term and prepare them to deliver weekly trainings.
• Keep tracking of the teacher’s attendance and chasing those who do not attend through sector coordinators.
• Getting Feedbacks through observation or using google forms and providing daily counsel and help through Email and other communication channels
• Managing and organizing National and Global forums to host more than a thousand attendees.
Achievements:
• Managed Cisco Companionship with the Ministry of Education that lead to sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cisco to drive technology innovation, enabling MOE to stay at the forefront of technological updates and harness latest trends.
• Organized 8 Forums to introduce new technologies upon the ministry, schools and teachers.
SAE Institute group for Digital Media Design provides students with an experience enriched with a wide range of academic, technical and practical creative skills needed to excel and be successful media practitioners, teaching drawing, graphic design, visual and print communications, motion graphics, music, Journalism, film production and editing, web and mobile design and development.
Achievements:
• Taught 3 cohorts of students with new subjects required by the institute.
