Main Duties:
* Installing Ethernet network between devices including PC stations, GPS units, Ethernet switches and IEDs
* Configuration of PC stations to meet the requirements of SAS600 system
* Configuration of GPS units, Routers and Ethernet switches
* Prepare the software for SAS600 system including MicroSCADA
* System testing and Startup
* Performing FAT with the client

* Providing technical support and troubleshooting PLCs problems

* Preparing control system IO’s list and programming
* Providing technical solutions, tenders studies and documentation
* Providing pre-and after sales technical assistance and product education
* Supervising other members of the technical sales and proposals teams
* Assessing the technical sales team and their performance
* Getting involved in marketing and purchasing tasks from time-to-time
* Arranging the relationship between sales, engineering and purchasing departments
* Providing training and producing support materials for other members in the team
* Training assistance for CodeSys Training

* Gain more experience in automation products (PLCs, Drives, SCADA), specially in Siemens automation products as well as VIPA and Allen Bradley

- Configuration for GPRS communication for eWON tele-service module
- Developing basic script in eWON tele-service module to send SMSs with trip data to the concerned people
