Management function (5, 000+ orders/month) under the Order Management Excellence program; coordinate cross
functional project teams of 7-9 stakeholders across IT, Sales, external Business Analysts, and Salesforce / CRM
teams, with project durations ranging from 1 month to 1 year.
• Business analysis: Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Requirement Specification Documents
(RSDs); act as the primary bridge between Business Unit, IT, external Business Analysts, and Salesforce / CRM
teams across the project delivery cycle.
• Robotic Process Automation: Designed and led RPA deployment for order processing across GSM and Fixed
product lines (5, 000+ orders/month), lifting order accuracy from ~80% to ~95% and moving processing from
business-hours operation to 24/7 coverage across 20 deployed bots.
• Enterprise transformation: Delivered a Chief Business Officer-sponsored transformation initiative that improved
end-to-end operational efficiency by 35% over 3 quarters, redesigning workflows across 8 teams and multiple
customer-facing and back-office touchpoints.
• Quality assurance: Apply quality control standards across the Order Management lifecycle, monitoring order
accuracy and exception patterns to inform continuous improvement with BA and IT teams.

• Managed sales operations workflows for one of the worlds largest technology distributors across the GCC,
supporting order processing, partner coordination, and back-office activity for leading vendors including Microsoft,
Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, FireEye, 3M, and Corning.
• Developed working knowledge of enterprise IT channel partner models and distribution economics across Saudi
Arabia and the wider GCC region.

• Supported procurement of raw materials from 20+ suppliers using SAP ERP, managing purchase order workflows
and vendor coordination for one of Saudi Arabias leading pharmaceutical manufacturers under the HRDF Tamheer
initiative.
• Coordinated with 15+ logistics providers across inbound and outbound supply chain flows.

• Established and operated a property management business serving residential and commercial owners in Riyadh,
taking the venture from concept through to active portfolio operation.
• Managed a 130-property portfolio (predominantly residential) across leasing, tenant relations, contractor
coordination, and financial operations.
