Review and comment to the Project Director, on-site safety organizations and key personnel CV’s as submitted by the Contractors.
Review Safety Procedures as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.
Ensure Contractors safety training for site laborers is regularly maintained.
Closely overseeing site activities, issuing non-compliance and submit reports to the Project Director to ensure all activities on site are in compliance with safety procedures.
Participate in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings.

Job description and responsibility
Achieve safety standards as defined in personal performance contract.
Oversees regulatory compliance and safety measures required for operations. If
Required, conducts incident investigations involving the company's assets.
Manages the continuous process improvement system within the division; tracks and
Reports results.
Maintains knowledge of and complies with applicable international regulations.
Ensures all HSE policies, programs, and activities comply.
Cover customer obligations in respect of safety.
our target Zero incidents, Zero fatalities, Zero lost time accidents, Zero fires and Zero
Environmental incidents as much less as possible (zero deviation plan).
To complete the assistance work at site for NCR's and change notices with Zero
Incidents.
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly EHS report to Project Manager.
Ensure good cooperation with EHAF Team to finish the project safe without I.I.F
(Incident and Accident Free) or (zero deviation plan).
Ensure regular and immediate support for site staff during any accident and/or incident.
Assure the development of annual HSE compliance goals, HSE performance targets,
An HSE budget and a workers ' compensation budget.
