• Analyze Sales Data to maintain and identify fluctuations and forecast future performance
• Spot business building opportunities and acquire information about the customer’s competition
• Update availability of items (from H.O.) and prepare for new required listing to develop business with customer.
• Follow up on daily, weekly, monthly basis sales forecasts with team
• Prepare & follow up promo proposals with the team that matches with quarter promo calendar.
• Report sales forecasts, sales closing (customer & product line wise) to field sales manager.
• Liaise internally and externally to design the category projects based on the brand guidelines and in-store opportunities.
Reporting to: Senior Team Leader
Customers: Wallmart, Al Mushref Coop, Safeer, Hyper Ramez, Baniyas COOP, KM Trading, Souq Planet Abela, Madina, Zenith, Int’l Grand Mart,
up-to-date stock quantity & plant manufacturing capacity with the factory.
•Stay up to date with new construction projects in the market.
•Assist Division manager in achieving sales objectives.
•Prepare & support projects with Technical Submittals
•Work to build long term relationships with customer base.
•Provide accurate price quotes in a timely manner to customers work to establish add-on business with existing customers.
•Perform collection activities.
•Plan and conduct meetings for customer ageing receivables solving.
