IP Engineer at mada company

• Monitoring the international links and SDH network.
• Monitoring IP backbone network and logical network infrastructure (Switches, MPLS ring and IP transit network).
• Monitoring all the WiMAX Access Points.
• First level troubleshooting for the Enterprise customers.
• First level troubleshooting for the BWB customers (QoS).
• Monitoring all Mada IT servers.
• Supporting the field engineers.
• Supporting Mada shops and Points of sale (POS).
• Supporting IT team.
• Supporting call center and Mada customers support team.
• Doing all communication with international customers (3rd parties), business unit and resellers customers. Doing all notification by Mails and phone for all related parties (call center, business unit, enterprise customers, BWB customers, international parties (Lebanon, Syria and STC).

Jordan engineers association training in NOC department at zain & mada companies.

• Event/Alarme Management.
• Fault Management.
• EAS alarms handling.
• dealing with OOS sites &NodeBs
• MMI commands.
• Following site path.
• MMS alarms procedures.
• Familiar with OMC-R GUI &M2000 software.
• Incident Management (ensuring all alerts, issues are auctioned, validated, accurately logged, in the ticketing system and escalated appropriately)

Three month Training in zain-jordan/vendor (huawei) (2G (GSM), 3G (HSPA+))
In RF department (planning and optimization).

• Identification of worst performing cells and suggesting optimization solutions through frequency planning, site antenna design (azimuths, tilts etc), RF cell parameters (handover detection and power control).
• Key performance Indicators (KPI's) improvement and troubleshooting (Daily monitoring); like Drop Call Rate (DCR %), Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR %) and Handover Success Rate (HOSR %), Radio Resource Control (RRC_CSSR %).
• Hardware problems and carrier BER follow up.
• LAC boundary optimization by monitoring the SDCCH congestion.
• Sites design for optimal performance of cells with emphasis on appropriate frequency planning and BSIC selection, antenna type, beam width, electrical and mechanical tilts, Azimuth and Transmission power.
• Primary Scrambling code (PSC) planning for 3G sites.
• Preparation of expansion plans, planning for new sites keeping in view the traffic distribution, Network Health reports and DT data evaluation (RxLevel, RxQual, RSSI, BER, CPICH Ec/No, CPICH RSCP).
