Job Description:
• Creating a better performing procurement and supply chain organization by redesigning the operating model and underlying processes
• Improving the procure-to-pay process cycle to achieve higher process efficiency and compliance
• Assessing strategic sourcing opportunities based on spend and/or category analysis
• Carrying out category strategy development, contract negotiations and suppliers’ relationship management for goods and services
• Aligning procurement and other parts of the supply chain (e.g. demand planning, Transportation, Logistics, Marketing, SIOP)
• Develop the strategy for the Procurement Division and guides the development of strategy for the reporting sections
• Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and annual operating plan for the Procurement Division and reporting sections
• Manage the annual budget spend as per the annual operating plan for the Procurement Division and monitors deviations, if any
• Measure performance against financial and strategic KPIs & KPT for the Procurement Division and provides guidance for achievement of targets

• Ensure optimal use of SAP functionalities and BI reports as key planning tools within the area of Order management, Stock management, Forecasting and Reporting
• Streamline workflows, processes and business practices to ensure consistency in procurement implementation across the Business Units
• Monitor the development of the RFPs relevant to all departments / divisions for centralized services (facilities management, professional services etc.), identifying requirements and communicating the same to vendors and implementation partners
• Lead the evaluation of the responses received based on the RFPs, reviews analysis and participates in reviewing the bid from a technical and commercial perspective
• Guide the development and maintenance of standard terms & conditions as well as contracts ensuring compliance to legal guidelines on contracting
• Communicate standardized procurement policies & procedures to the Procurement operations teams within the respective SBUs and ensures adherence through routine monitoring
• Review the benefit of the services rendered by the vendors and identifies opportunities for cost savings and measures results of sourcing and procurements initiatives
• Direct and oversees the strategic partnerships with key suppliers, directing the maintenance of a supplier database, and ensuring periodic evaluation of services delivered
• Ensure due diligence is conducted for new contractors and suppliers according to the defined prequalification criteria
• Monitor the maintenance of vendor databases, including updating vendor evaluations and adding new vendors and implementation partners to ensure availability of qualified vendors when needed
• Review and shares ad-hoc reports including spend analysis, demand analysis etc. with the management in order to make decisions related to various vendors

Job Description
• Work on project with client to improve their supply chains by working capital optimization, global supply chain transformation, logistics and distribution network redesign, etc.
• Working with business client area to identify and execute sourcing projects that reduce risk, timeline and/or cost, while adding value without sacrificing service or quality
• Leading sourcing projects including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, contracting, and relationship management.
• Act as a true team player in the project team and collaborate with different functions at our client's site: Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, etc.
• Ensuring appropriate procurement of all production, construction and maintenance materials, including 5 years spare parts and client material
• Identify the key wants/needs of major players (Finance, Sales, Operations) and begin modeling a straw man process
• Directing the Development and implementation of key procurement Strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies and plans are aligned with organizational objectives
• Sourcing and rate negotiation of material locally and worldwide with proper incomer's, delivery time and quality
