Hiring new staff, supervisors, managers, which they are qualified for their positions together with human resource director .
Follow up the availability report with the stores and with the category managers in order to avoid out of stock .

Follow up the system stock and arrange inventory once needed.
Make sure that all the stores warehouse always well organized.

Make sure that all the stores materials are working well (bakery machines , meat machine etc. )

Ensure all company policies as well as store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to all employees in the store and followed in a consistent manner.
Contribute toward store profitability by reaching store targets and increasing profit. Ensure that the products and goods which are in store are fully satisfying the needs of the customer.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that employees also provide the same level of service.
Conduct regular store meetings
Manage all store operational issues which include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price change, etc.
Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management.
Make sure that merchandise is always presented neatly and that items are priced correctly
Maintain good customer relations and service standards.
Identify competitors and implement action plans.
Draw up action plans to monitor stock losses via stock take and partial stock take.
Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
