Manage key accounts and direct sales partners relationships and responsible for co-ordination with the internal depts. for all technical, commercial, administrative and legal assistance.
Build strong business consulting relationships within assigned accounts and follow-up and monitor sales performance against objectives, compliance with agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction stays high, develop lasting relationships with existing customers, and create new relationships and catch sales opportunities.
Manage the products and stocks availability with partners and all marketing materials as well provide all kind of support to strengthen stc position in the market.
Manage site visit to partners to be on the top of field operations and tune whatever is needed to keep things on the right tracks.
• Serving existing accounts; by responding to their inquiries, questions and issues.
• Following the quoted offers to obtain orders.
• Establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on dead accounts or potential customers.
• Adjusting content of sales presentations by studying the customer.
• Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
• Pricing products according to the market segment, by studying competitor’s prices for the current projects and stock availability.
• Keeping management informed by submitting daily, weekly and monthly activities and results reports.
• Monitoring competitions by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
• Recommending any change in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction; by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributing into the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Help with innovative ideas to improve store processes and performance.
