Working as production engineer in relevant cheeses and various fresh products divisions involving work assignments as regard manufacturing different cheeses (Roumy, Mozzarella, Akkawi and Soft cheese), whipped cream, fresh and sour cream with direct responsibility of managing these divisions concerning all administrative and technical aspects in concurrence with the relationship of such departments with other warehousing, preparation, finishing and marketing departments.
