• Receive, screen, register, prioritize and distribute all incoming mail.
• Provide holiday and leave coverage as appropriate.

4- Assisting recruitment department and compensation and benefits team with preparing job offers by recommending the salaries for new candidates
5- Cross referencing job descriptions and job codes between HRJD System an ERP System
6- Assist the A.E.D of rewards and performance with Section s new recruitments including collecting CV choosing qualified people and coordinating for interviews
7- Writing researches about compensation issues for top management as instructed by Compensation Manager verifications and sa
8- Assist Compensation Specialist with job discrepancies Project by coordinating with other departments
9- Assist compensation manager and A.E.D Rewards performance with projects including checking of educational qualifications varifications and scholarships contract and coordinate with responsible HR Sections
10- Assist the compensation specialist with preparing the responses for top ceiling salary requests (calculating the percentages of increases as per specific equations)
11- Assisting the Compensation Manager with preparing the compensation policy for the corporation
12- Coordinating and following up with Hospital CEOs HR Business Partners and projects managers for job descriptions update project (foolowing up by by phone and email
