- Key player in developing and implementing the procedures governing the permit to work system and providing independent oversight by reviewing selected permits issued by operations personnel.
- Primarily tasked with leading and assisting in investigations into near miss, property damage, injuries, occupational illness and spills/loss of containment while ensuring that database and records of such incidents are maintained.
