− Determine project needs and program of work, planning the forecast project’s delivery & installation schedule. This will lead to establish a link between procurement process and construction process;
− Revise and divide the Bill of Quantity into packages and collect for each the related specs and drawings in order to send the Requests for Quotations;
− Prepare a list of potential suppliers based on market study (meet salespeople and check for alternative’s material) and based on supplier’s evaluation (previous company’s experience);
− Prepare a Bid Comparison Sheet where highlighting not only price differences but also the different payment terms, incoterms, shipment, lead time, wastage, logistic and warranty;
− Negotiate prices, sales agreements and terms and delivery dates to purchase the required products;
− Issue contract to the suppliers & subcontractors and follow up on payment production & delivery;
− Report on weekly basis a Material Tracking Sheet to control the full process;
− Tracking any engineering changes that impact material or supplier, to adjust orders accordingly; and
− Attending technical and progress meetings with the contractors/clients' representatives and authorities.

− Market research, comparing & choosing suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, issuing and checking Purchase Orders and Letters of Awards, and tracking material till delivery & installation.
− Updating company database for discipline-related services and works to achieve high co-ordination.

− Coast Guard Base Buildings - Al Daayen - Northern Governorate, Qatar
64 Hectare cityscape: 53 buildings of various facilities shall be utilized by the Qatari Coast Guard (Headquarter - 810 soldiers’ habitation - Detention - Olympic sports platforms - Shooting Range - Mosque - Substations - etc.)
− Al-Rumeila Underpass - Al Bidda Park - Doha, Qatar
550 meters Infrastructure Project from Marmar Palace to Corniche.
− Tracking with subcontractors and the client to ensure timely work execution as per contract;
− Reviewing material’s submittals, samples and mock-ups against the design drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements (QCDD) and international best practice prior to submission; and
− Reporting and monitoring updated logs with respect to the discipline-related material’s progress.
Project:
− Banana Island Resort - Anantara group resort - Banana Island - Doha, Qatar
141 suites, pool villas and over water villas along with restaurants, cinemas, surfing, etc. facilities.
− Supervising construction site and managing 3 groups of foreman and labors; and
− Coordinating and following up with all the project parties and subcontractors.
