• Organize tours and meeting points for riders for every event in order to socialize between the brand owners’ group (HOG) and bike lovers.

Help customers on the ground and within sales environment in order to drive product knowledge.
• Make sales appointments with clients or push for immediate sales in order to achieve targets and increase sales.
• Work with the marketing department in order to develop new sales strategies.
• Teach other beginner sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers.
• Work on the product display according to feedbacks and experience in order to make any product attractive to the consumers, and according to shop environment and new sport trends.
• Introduce new products to new users in order to keep them up-to-date.

Attract potential customers by answering their questions in order to increase service satisfaction and suggested information.
• Resolve product or service obstacles by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause; selecting and finding the solutions to solve their problems.
• Analyzing, maintaining and updating customers’ profiles in order to process customer’s adjustments.
• Follow up on the profiles in order to ensure resolution.
• Contribute with the team in order to accomplish related results.

• Handle cash transactions with waiters in order to complete a perfect timing of service.
• Keep report of transactions and collect payments in order to complete cash.
• Resolve customer’s complains in order to provide relevant guidance.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments in order to provide customer services
