-Develops and produces the four-week look ahead schedule for dire hire works and reviews subcontractor four-week schedule work plans in conjunction with the area planners and assess subcontractor resources to meet planned schedule requirements.

-Co-ordinates all subcontractors on site and ensures they all understand their interfaces and schedule requirements, monitors and drives the production of all subcontractors.
-Closely monitor the deployment of trades on respective jobs, so as to achieve targets and meet the required performance.
-Guide timekeeper in maintaining/recording the timesheets and ensures correct allocation of cost codes in relation to the ongoing works at site.
