Operations Manager responsible for all the company activities from following up the daily activities, solving the issues, handling the client, attending the meetings - we have executed many activities at DUQM Refinery with major EPC Contractors like TRD, SAMSUNG, PETROFAC.
following up the sites activities daily and making sure that we are going as per the planned progress and within the schedule putting in consideration the client priorities and achieving the required quality beside the progress so that we can make profit to our company and gain the client confidence for future projects, attending any required meeting with the client in the urgent cases to support the site manager, preparing the letters to the client if required for pushing the releases or payment following up....etc
