- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Manage the recruitment and selection process for Blue and white collar, tracking applicants pool.
-Writing reports on recruitment activity,
-Control pay scale, Merit increase and Cost of living adjustments.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
-Coordinating all public relations activities.
- Leading onboarding training for new employees and exit interviews for leavers.
- Overseeing the payroll process and ensuring timely payments.
- Controlling the Absenteeism
-updating job descriptions.
-Building the HR Team from scratch including implementation of a HR System,
- Manage administrative wellness of a crew .
- Monitor and manage daily timekeeping system for all employees.
- Manage wage and salary administration and supervise payroll function.
-Prepare payroll for all employees, maintaining employee information and records including HRIS and create reports as necessary.
- Managing recruitment operation.
- Negotiating salary and pay information with new and current employees.
- Assisting employees with any issues involve payroll, benefits or management.
- Monitoring Residencies and work permits renewal.
- Answers employee questions about human resources policies and procedures, and refers to specialist as needed.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, HR events, benefits open enrollment and companywide meetings.
- Administer and maintains HR activities and programs; such as staffing, compensation, benefits, training and safety.
- Checking sites time sheet and attendance.
- Coordinating with the medical insurance provider.
- Solving salary complains within the time limit.
- Answers employee questions about human resources policies and procedures, and refers to specialist as needed.

- Assist the sales manager in revising and implementing the sales strategy plans.
- Supervise the indoor sales representatives; monitor their sales, and evaluating them when needed.
