- Perform and lead the whole procurement cycle assignments regarding the organization`s infrastructure projects. Starting from Needs assessment through sourcing plan, vendors technical and commercial evaluation, negotiation, material approvals, contracts, delivery follow-up and monitoring, till vendors performance evaluation and asset management.
- Supply chain Risk management.
− Collaboration with technical office and construction teams in studying project`s technical specifications & drawings.

− Evaluate prequalification documents submitted by suppliers and developed approved vendor list.
− Floating relevant RFQs to approved suppliers then evaluate offers technically and commercially.
− Negotiate with suppliers to attain best offers based on win-win relationship.
− Developed detailed sourcing plan; matching the project`s quality, budget and time schedule.
− Follow-up on purchasing process to ensure its alignment with plan and update if required.
- Floating the RFQs to vendors as per project requirements
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate on prices and purchase agreements
- Ensure materials are delivered on time as promised
- Conversed with and solved problems of suppliers
- Maintain effective communication and relationship with suppliers
- Support estimation team in getting offers for tenders
- Monitor and control of project's work progress.
- implement daily reports for project tasks to ensure that work progress according to plan.
- Calculate consumption rate of materials and spare parts.
- Control mechanical work relevant costs to ensure it meets the planned budget.
- Implement shop drawings for any required modifications during project progress.

• Preparing maintenance annual & periodical plans based on the production plan and the criticality of the system components .

• Superintending the construction and installation of the HVAC & Utilities for two new β-Lactam products factories.
• Revising consultant drawings and PID schematics and conforming it on field with the contractor "ORASCOM" .
