1. Responsible for monitoring the mechanical equipment's which include (Generators, Reverse Osmosis, Chillers, Boilers, ) and perform preventative maintenance schedules in order tomaintain those equipment's. 2. Responsible for performing general maintenance schedule such as painting job, electrical work and plumbing work. 3. Responsible for monitoring HVAC equipment's by following a monthly and annually schedule in order to maintain those equipment's such as ( cleaning FCU and AHU filters, testing two and three way valves, testing the blower fan motor, etc. ). 4. Monitor the operation of the water pumps inside the hospital by testing the set point pressure with their corresponding pressure switches and pressure tanks to ensure that the water system is working as designed. 5. Supervise and execute MEP engineering projects based on Mechanical drawings and calculations such as (HVAC, Water supply, drainage systems, etc.). 6. Prepare project plans that help to organize the flow of work and finalize the project tasks on time. 7. Have an intermediate experience in sizing mechanical engineering systems such as (cooling load, pipe sizing, duct sizing, etc.) By using the engineering software's. 8. Execute mechanical HVAC projects related to installing negative and positive pressure systems in operation and isolation rooms. 9. Participate in weekly meetings in order to follow up with the progress of the engineering projects. 10. Experienced in installing electro mechanical devices such as ( differential pressure sensors, pressure switches, VAV boxes, temperature and humidity sensors) in order to monitor and control the performance of the HVAC systems.
