Monitoring the Monthly Sales Review reports to ensure that category volume/value & the internal growth are achieved by KSA based on allocated budgets
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods, facility layout & company image.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings..to increase sales
Responsible on maintaining & monitoring Nestle brand
Participate in international business sessions with Nestle Management to develop any new opportunity by launching new SKU’s and adding more QSR Customers.
Work with Nestle on marketing campaign to launch a new product
Supporting AQT sales manager with QSR key customers like (Kudu, Tim Hortons..) to increase the basket of business from Nestle items
Handling QSR customers in KSA (Alshaya Trading, Pizza Hut)
Manage daily operation.
Follow up sales receivables and ensure timely payments by working closely with the credit controller.
Ensure excellent customer service by providing information for the product and resolving problems.
Ensure collections and receivables as per payment terms and conditions
Prepare the work schedules within agreed upon payroll budgets.
Participate in interviews for employees by conducting initial screening.
Lead the training of employees to enhance sales skills and to grow with the company.
