* Manage the sales team, train them and address various concerns and
issues especially about the product and sales skills knowledge.
* Define the priorities in daily tasks to be met and ensure the adequate
distribution of these tasks on the team members.
* Supervise the register closing as defined in the cash protocol, provide
cashier with exchange, make up for absences.
* Monitor traffic patterns and schedule staff to ensure adequate
coverage for maximum traffic periods.
* Control the presence of the cashiers on the register.
* Investigate and solve customers' problems and handle their
complaints.
* Provide high standards of customer service in a face-to-face retail
setting.
* Demonstrate appropriate sales techniques to maximize sales
opportunities.
* Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies
regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
* Ensure permanent availability of core range products in store and
ensure their display in each sector.
